ABOUT ME
Dr. Victoria M. Beltran, DrPH, MPH, CHES, CSE is a public health professional and an AASECT-Certified Sexuality Educator.
Dr. Beltran graduated from NYU with a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist and received a certificate of completion in Sexuality Education from the University of Michigan. She also holds a Doctor of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida.
Dr. Beltran is currently the only sole-CSE in the Tampa Bay region. She has worked at the CDC, non-profit organizations, universities, and hospitals. She is an active member of the National Coalition for Sexual Health. She believes that healthy sexuality is a human right and that everyone should have access to the information and care they need, regardless of identity, insurance status, or background.
